PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

You probably can’t tell from the looks of it, but we took over a year designing our DP line. We wanted it to have what you need, at a reasonable price. The project was completed and we were right where we wanted to be: at the best value for a generator powered by a Honda engine.

• DP5000HR   (Replaces DP5000/T-2)

This unit is just as dependable and durable as our Big Dog units,
engineered for residential and professional applications.

• Honda GX270 Engine

You expect the best; you get the best. The GX270 lives up to the
reputation of superior reliability and performance you expect
from Honda.

• YourGen Meter

LED meter displaying hours, RPMs, voltage, and frequency
readings. Verifies the load balance with a load bar display.
Warnings when a parameter is outside of normal range and
when an oil change is needed.

• Low Oil Protection

In the event there is low oil pressure, the engine will shut down,
which will protect the engine from damage.

• Clean Power

This unit has less than 5% Total Harmonic Distortion,
meaning that it is safe to run sensitive electronics.

• Full-Panel GFCI

This panel is fully GFCI protected and OSHA compliant.

• Sturdy Wrap-Around Welded Tubular Cradle

We use 1″ tubular steel for dependable durability.

• 7 Gallon Fuel Tank

The EPA approved steel fuel tank design eliminates carbon
emissions.

• 100% Load Tested

You won’t find statistical sampling here. We load test every
generator before it leaves our facility.
